T-robotics is excited to announce the addition of Vincent Chavy as Director of Marketing, strengthening the company’s leadership team at a pivotal moment of growth and industry momentum in machine tending automation and next-generation robotics.

Vincent joins T-robotics with nearly a decade of experience leading global strategic marketing and industry demand generation at Universal Robots, where he played a central role in shaping the company’s brand, expanding its global presence, and driving adoption of collaborative robotics worldwide. His background combines deep expertise in positioning high-growth technology companies, building scalable pipeline demand-generation programs, and connecting cutting-edge innovation with real-world customer needs—experience directly relevant to T-robotics’ mission of transforming high mix, low volume manufacturing through intelligent automation.

For Vincent, joining T-robotics is about more than a new role—it is about the mission.

“I joined T-robotics because of the visionary team and bold mission,” Chavy explained. “The company is breaking free from outdated programming methods and making advanced robotics truly accessible, intuitive, and transformative for industries everywhere with AI. This is the future of automation—robots that can adapt, think, and solve problems in real-world environments, from small batch automations to complex machine tending applications.”

As Director of Marketing, Vincent will focus on elevating the T-robotics brand, expanding visibility in new markets, and engaging directly with manufacturers who are looking for automation that is as flexible as it is powerful. His leadership will help position T-robotics at the forefront of AI-powered automation—a space where the company is already pioneering new approaches that overcome long-standing challenges with traditional robotics, particularly for manufacturers running small batch automations or operating in high mix, low volume environments.

Asad Tirmizi, CEO of T-robotics, welcomed Vincent’s arrival:

“Controlling robots with pre-trained AI models isn’t just a technical challenge — it’s a marketing challenge too. The world needs to understand and trust this shift in how robots think and work. Vincent has done this brilliantly before, and I’m confident he’ll be a huge asset as we take T-robotics to the next level.”

The addition of Vincent underscores T-robotics’ continued investment in building a world-class team to advance its mission: making automation more adaptive, accessible, and impactful for manufacturers everywhere. With momentum building across the robotics sector, his arrival marks another step forward in shaping the future of intelligent automation—whether in machine tending automation, small batch automations, or the broader transformation of high mix, low volume manufacturing.
