Operators can create automation jobs in minutes, without any prior experience or training, enabling high-mix, low-volume production while minimizing errors.
CNC Turning Automation with Universal Robots: Using a UR10e robot, T-MT station, and advanced workholding by Schunk, this demo showcases intelligent job orchestration and adaptive robot motions. Thanks to ActGPT, operators can define machining jobs conversationally, while the system coordinates the robot and CNC seamlessly for maximum productivity and uptime.
